Here's how you measure for the vest:
Follow the size guide and measure yourself around (1) the chest and (2) the waist. If either measurement exceeds 110 cm, you should order the full width; otherwise, half width is sufficient.

A general rule is, if you're of average height, you should use 0.9 meters. If you're 190 cm or taller, you'll likely need a meter. If you're uncertain, please call or write to us at mail@myrifipan.fo.
