Here's how you measure for the vest:
Follow the size guide and measure yourself around (1) the chest and (2) the waist. If either measurement is more than 110 cm, you should order the full width; otherwise, half width is sufficient.

A general rule is that if you are of average height, you should use 0.9 meters. If you're 190 cm or taller, you'll likely need one meter. If you have doubts, please call or write to us at mail@myrifipan.fo.
