If you use Visa Electron or Mastercard Debit, the funds will be held in your account, in accordance with the terms of your card, until we withdraw the funds or decline the payment.
All prices on the website include value-added tax (VAT).
All prices on the website use the currency Danish Kroner (DKK).
Mýrifípan uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol. This means that your data is secure and cannot be read by others.
Mýrifípan’s website is also encrypted using SSL protocol.
Shipping
Shipping after an order is placed may take up to three weeks.
Orders are sent using Posta.
Right of Withdrawal
Unless otherwise agreed or informed at the time of purchase, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the product is delivered.
The buyer bears the cost of any return shipping.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us no later than 14 days after delivery, and the product must be returned to us within 14 days of your notification.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email at mail@myrifipan.fo. The standard form should be filled out and attached to the email (you can find the standard form at the bottom of the “Terms and Conditions” page).
Condition of the Product Upon Return
The buyer is responsible for any decrease in value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. This means you can test the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.
If the product is used in any way other than described above, it is considered used and therefore has lost its value. This means that if you decide to withdraw from your purchase, Mýrifípan will assess the value of the product and refund accordingly based on this assessment.
Refund Policy
The buyer has a 2-year right to a refund according to Faroese law. The refund covers all defects resulting from manufacturing.
Claims for refunds must be communicated to The Weaving Mill Mýrifípan within a reasonable time. It is considered that a reasonable time is at most two months after receipt, unless otherwise agreed. In such cases, The Weaving Mill Mýrifípan will also reimburse any shipping costs.
The right to a refund is void if the product has been handled or used improperly.
Refund claims sent as cash on delivery will not be accepted.
